Every body deserves to feel held during the holidays. And we know how alienating it can feel to be struggling with an eating disorder this time of year.

You deserve a space to fit in — to be understood & supported in rising above your struggles so you can move through the season feeling more present, connected, and joyful.

What It Is:

This drop-in style peer-led eating disorder recovery group is facilitated by someone who’s been there — who has conquered her own battle against body dysmorphia and disordered eating—and is here to walk alongside you with compassion, offer practical tools, and provide support when you need it the most.

Each session offers a judgement-free space to honestly unpack food & body image struggles, explore recovery & mental health obstacles that may feel heightened during the holidays, and identify tools that practically work for your unique needs.

What’s included:

Cost:

💸 $25 per session — or $199 for all 9 sessions (save $26)

💬 If you purchase all 9 sessions as a bundle ($199), you’ll also receive weekday text support (Mon–Fri, 9am–8pm AST) — Receive mini coaching & voice note social media support between sessions to help you move through tough moments with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion

BONUS: If you sign up for the bundle (all 9 groups) on the 8th, you will also receive a bonus 1:1 Recovery Coaching call with Haley to air out all our struggles privately and get more specific and actionable support to help you navigate the holiday season.


Each session will be tailored to the needs of the group, but topics may include:

  • What to do when food guilt creeps in
  • How to respond to comments about your body or plate
  • Making space for grief, boundaries, peace, & joy
  • Releasing the pressure to “do it right” or look a certain way
  • Staying true to your recovery values — even when others don’t get it

Schedule + Zoom Access:

Most sessions will be held Thursdays from 6–7pm AST (5–6pm EST). Some dates have holiday-specific time shifts:

  • Nov 13 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Regular session
  • Nov 20 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Regular session
  • Nov 26 (Wed) – 1:30–2:30pm — Thanksgiving week*
  • Dec 4 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Regular session
  • Dec 11 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Regular session
  • Dec 18 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Regular session
  • Dec 23 (Tue) – 1–2pm — Christmas week*
  • Dec 30 (Tue) – 5–6pm — New Year’s week*
  • Jan 8 (Thu) – 6–7pm — Final bonus integration session
