Eating Disorder Coaching - Online Sessions
Online eating disorder coaching sessions are especially effective for individuals* who feel their mental health suffers due to their relationship with food.
If you:
- Feel powerless to food
- Are stuck in a cycle of weight loss and weight gain
- Worry about binging
- Have dieted repeatedly without experiencing the change you desire
- Spend a lot of time thinking about ways to eat better and improve your health
- Exercise obsessively
- Feel guilty when you skip a workout or eat certain foods
- Lack trust in yourself to maintain and enjoy a healthy lifestyle
- Are exhausted from constantly trying to make your body “good enough”
Consistency is the best friend of change. You can choose to book 60-minute sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We suggest committing to sessions in 4 to 12 week increments and scheduling your sessions for the same day and time each week.
*This form of coaching is well suited for individuals who have participated in some form of treatment in the past; have been in recovery for a number of years; or are currently also working with a therapist or dietician in some capacity. Online coaching is not suitable for individuals in crisis or with an undiagnosed, active clinical disorder. It is imperative that such a person be advised by a medical doctor and/or licensed therapist.
