Sip & Stretch Event Description

The Sober Curious Sip & Stretch offers attendees the opportunity to build community around the idea of ditching booze, or simply drinking less of it.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to learn about and taste a high end, nonalcoholic wine called “Spark” by Three Spirit Drinks. Attendees will receive a special discount code to use to purchase their own booze-free botanical elixirs, which normally start at $27-44 per bottle.

In addition to enjoying a booze-free beverage, Haley Schiek, CPC, E-CYT 250 will facilitate a relaxing 45 minute yoga flow. There will be time to socialize before and after the movement practice. We encourage folks come early and connect outside of the studio after the event ends! Community is crucial for connection, and connection makes choosing to not drink alcohol much easier!

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing
